Stopped in on the way back home from Syracuse. Googled best chicken riggies in Utica and Bella Regina kept coming up. Perfect location right off of the thruway exit! Boy we're we in for a treat. When we go to a restaurant we don’t go just for a meal, we go for an experience. We have been coming here for years and never went out of our way to write a review and I apologize for that. The staff is super friendly, ALL of the food has amazing flavor, the unique atmosphere makes you feel at home, and the owner even came out at the end of the night to ask how everything was.
