This place looks small but once you step through the door, its like TARDIS technology much bigger on the in̈side.
Breakfast was great!
My husband and I visited here for the first time today. Upon entering it looked fine but a bit outdated (especially the bathroom). We were greeted right away by our server. She was very nice but definitely seemed stressed (they are looking for help). My husband ordered the chefs special I believe it was (2 eggs, 2 pancakes, bacon and toast) and I ordered the country fried steak (2 eggs, homefries, a biscuit, country fried steak with sausage gravy). Great breakfast with locals on my bicycle trip along the Erie canal. Even though I was stranger i struck up several conversations. Staff was friendly too.

Top of the Morning Cafe at Triangle Plaza in North Utica is a bustling yet homey main stay known for great breakfast and a fantastic beer battered fish fry. The Sausage Cheese Omelet is delicious, and the service is great with a smile. The atmosphere is uplifting and happy, with quick service even during busy times. The food is served quick, fresh, and hot with huge portions. This is a nice place with friendly people and a wonderful experience, a great spot to eat for a satisfying meal and a welcoming environment.
