“We had great *food* at O’Scugnizzo Pizzeria. It was cool to eat at place that's been around as long as this one. The quality of the pizza was apparent and we were glad we drove out of our way to get it.
However, one of the employees (long red beard and hoodie) nearly ruined our meal due to his loud, obnoxious voice. It carried from up front all the way into the seating area. I'm not sure who he was talking to, but his voice had a really angry tone to it. This sets both me and my gf's teeth on edge because we have been abused by angry men. He was also using profanity, which was really unprofessional. I didn't say anything to him due to my past trauma. We just got through our meal as best as we could, boxed up our leftovers and did not linger over our food.“

“Service was amazing, done right on time and the food is cooked to perfection, so here’s the thing I already paid for my food and a 2 liter but then after paying for it I wanted a separate small soda, so I wanted to get that and a celery and blue cheese but I only had card, so one guy tells me there was a 15$ limit when it comes to the card I had no problem with it so I said oh nvm it’s okay , but I don’t remember the other guys name but he basically gave me the soda I wanted to buy and just had a pure smile, definitely made my night, definitely the best service. So I’ve been going to slices for ant 2 years now since I lived close to the restaurant. As I’ve gone my daughters have asked me dad can we order dad can we call to order the food. Naturally o said test because they’re becoming young ladies and need to know these things.
First started out a little rocky lol my 7 year old hesitating not speaking up but soon she’s got it. Now my 10 year hold has been ordering for the most part and today I have to say I was emotionally blown away. So my daughter calls places the order the young lady on the other end tells her ok hangs up, my daughter looks at me and says dad I didn’t tell her my name. Now I know it’s more than likely the young lady knew my daughter’s voice and knew what who it was for. I send my daughter to pick up the pizza and she comes back ecstatic why because the young lady knew it was for my daughter Julia and not only do she have. The parmesan cheese and also a side of hot sauce, but she took the time to speak to my daughter. Make sure she got something to drink and treated her as a valued customer.. My daughter came home with tears in her eyes so happy that this young lady took the time out of her busy day To make sure my little girl experience was memorable. Now, as a father, this touched my soul it actually had me in tears for someone to see my little girl make her feel special make her feel important enough to take the time out to make sure that her order was correct in every way. The smile on my daughter‘s face brought me to tears.
