“Sloppy Joe’s has become a go-to for eating out while shopping the New Hartford area. My mother and I have eaten here several times within the last couple of months and the food is always fantastic! “Trio's Pizza does the best “take and bake” pizzas! We brought two from NY to SC - one sausage and pepperoni and one mushroom and green peppers - both with extra sauce and cheese ❤️ what a wonderful meal! We made half of each the first night and then the remaining halves for another dinner :)“

“Second oldest pizzeria in the United States, not your typical pizza, it's upside down, toppings and cheese underneath the sauce. Absolutely love it, every time I'm passing down the Thruway I do my best to stop and get myself a nice pie from this place. Reasonably priced, old school atmosphere, I usually get it to go, you get plenty of pizza for a large, rectangular shape, cash is cheaper than card, had a little problem getting through to them on the phone, that was my only issue. If you want a really good old school pizza, this is where you go. Often imitated but never duplicated. Even though it's almost 2 hours away from my house, I get by the area two or three times a year, and it's always on the top of places to stop at on my journeys. Pizza is really filling, I usually have a quick slice or two with a friend when I pick it up, then I bring the rest home and reheat it as needed, and tastes just as good. It would be great if they were a franchise, but honestly I don't know how that would go over and I don't think it's something they'd really want to do. I also Saw somebody order some wings, and I've never had them but they looked right, they looked correct and well made. Might try them next time. Props to all of you that work there and bring this great pizza for over a hundred years to Upstate, Central and Western New York.“

“Nice, comfortable atmosphere. Food is very good with generous portions. Antipasto for four actually feeds six. We'll worth it. I do think more wait staff could be added during the peak of dining hours. We waited a bit longer than normal to be served. No complaints at all about our server. Just think she had too many tables and not enough staff working to share the tables. This was our second time here. We'll definitely be back.“

“THE BEST Upside Down pie I've ever had. The other places have a "heavy" presentation, Laurey's pie is "lighter" and has a Crispy bottom crust...even the last piece. The sauce is just a touch sweet and the ingredients are fresh and tasty. The whole pie NEVER makes it back to the office, that's called "Transportation Costs!"“

Subs, pizza and pasta were all great, and the staff was excellent, especially the front of the house. Inside was small, but clean.
