“Went there today food was good. Went to use the men's room and it was totally disgusting. There was 1 urinal and 2 toilets There was a bag over the urinal that said out of order. The one toilet was covered in feces and overflowing. If I would have went in there before dinner, I would have walked out before eating
Management of this Applebee's should be ashamed of themselves. The owner needs to fire the manager. I've seen cleaner men's room in gas stations...👎“

“Just overall the value to what you're getting for the price and quality doesnt really beat a lot of small biusness I've been to. Staff is very nice but it's not the same. Definitely excellent for fast food though but there are plenty of small family owned burger joints that are a better experience ive been to recently that makes me set a high standard for a biusness after trying.

I'll give it 5 stars as far as fast food goes but compared to some of the small burger shops I've been to including a bar that I got a half pound burger with fries for $13 it's not gonna match that“

“The young lady who served my wife and I had a beautiful smile and was super super respectful and actually said thank you for the tip. For the life of me I cant remember her name but she was a true gem. Complete amd total sweet heart and very fast and courteous service from her all the time while smiling. I'd drive back to the Shirley NY location just to see her smile. Her smile can brighten anyone's day. Complete and total sweetheart and seemed happy to serve. Very rare for a young person.“

“I had a great experience at this location, I was greeted upon walking in and the cashier was friendly, the manager was also working and she was doing multiple jobs at once, packing food, doing drive through order. Excellent customer service!“
