Ordered online , my food was suppose to be ready at 9:00 according to app , my dad and sister got there and the food wasn’t ready , I figured okay give them 10 min , Its currently 9:49 and my sister is still waiting for our food , mind you chipotle is only 3 minutes away from us the lady said they’re making our order now . WhT is the point . So disappointed.
Do NOT order ahead of time. Orders get ignored unless you order in person.
everything!!! service sucks waited 1 hr for phone order pick up and when I got home they gave me a chicken bowl with white rice , I asked for tofu with cauliflower rice im a vegetarian.....grrrrrr never again you all suck
