The customer service at this restaurant was amazing. The drive through associate Taliyah was polite, efficient, and extremely accommodating. The manager Omar was great- he runs his shifts amazingly. Thank you for my great experience.
I come to this Sonic often to grab a drink or a snack. When the staff member Omar is working he always goes out of his way to greet me - his customer service skills are next level. I wish all service industry people had his attitude.
SMH! I don't know if I should feel the way I feel or if its just coincidental... We ordered a large amount of food, which came out to be pretty pricey. The young boy that did our order was AWESOME!!! Now this is why I rate the service a 1 star. We gave a large bill, WITH EXACT CHANGE so that we didn't get a bunch of nickels, and dimes back from our total. WE ALSO KNEW HOW MUCH WE WERE GETTING BACK. A boy came said " I don't know how much the total is, I think...
