Got the wrong bowl, when reported was told to contact online support. Online support tells me to contact store. Stuck in a loop. Customer service can do better, always an issue with Chipotle.
The line was almost out the door and the cashier just stood around snacking.

Very disappointed with this Chipotle. I ordered dinner while I was at work and specifically ordered a chicken bowl, but when I received my order, there was no chicken in the bowl at all. The order clearly stated chicken, so I’m not sure how this was missed.
What made it even more frustrating was that I redeemed a 50% off offer. It honestly made me wonder if my order was treated differently because I used a discount, which is not okay if that was the case.
