Our family has always ordered from Marks in Manchester since it existed. We live on the north end on Canandaigua where the distance from the Manchester store is the same from the canandaigua store. Tonight the Manchester store refused to deliver despite our history with them. I’ll stick with other pizza places in the area from now. Terrible customer service and a rude manager.
Get the order right!!! We ordered a stuffed bread for delivery. We were waiting in our livingroom with the porch light on. After 1 hour and 20 minutes the stored called. The driver said he'd pulled into the driveway and some one told them (through the kitchen window) that we didn't order anything so the driver went back to the store.
