Got served raw bread for a Bonner I ordered literally raw dough, expressed concern and was told there’s nothing wrong with it and they don’t make the bread after I said I wanted my money back the man behind the counter decided to point in my face and start a verbal argument.

this place is sooo hit or miss it really depends on whos working. sometimes its amazing, sometimes they just toss your wings in the box, what little sauce they decided to put on leaks all over your boxes and car on the way home, and you end up with a mess AND dry wings. sad panda.

Conveniently located inside the Manchester Mart right off Exit 43 of I90 (NYS Thruway) I have been coming here for over a year in my travels to and from work and home. I personally think Mark's Pizzeria has the BEST pizza this side of NY has to offer. I am from a small town in Southeastern NY 2 hrs from NYC and grew up with NY style pizza. After moving west to the Southern Tier/ Finger Lakes region, finding good pizza is few and far between. I 100% recommend Mark's Pizzeria to any traveler going through NY on the Thruway, or even Manchester locals. They also deliver however I'm not sure of their range of service.

The food arrived lukewarm, our calzone was so undercooked and soggy we couldnt eat it. They did refund the money....but that's it. Will never order frome them again.
