So both ladies in the front seem pretty miserable always the food quality is a 3.5 the customer service is a 0.0 and the prices are weird some items are priced fine but then seeet potatoe fries are 12 dollars and the other day my order came out to 18.01 and they actually gave me 99 cents back which I found strange got me wondering is it the owner or the employees but either way not going back

My family and I have been going here for years and it’s unfortunate to say, never again. The food fell off so bad & the workers at the counter are so terribly rude that they genuinely make me uncomfortable. From phone call to check out, they’re disrespectful and have the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in service workers. It’s an absolute no for me, save your money.

I don't often get BBQ because it's overpriced and doesn't always hit the spot. But this guy Bob right here... He knows what he's doing! Best BBQ I've had in a very long time and at a great price. Highly recommend.

Pulled pork sandwich was bleh, had no flavor whatsoever. Fries were not salted. No ketchup or napkins provided. Service was pretty poor, seemed like server had an attitude. Not worth the money, wouldn’t recommend.

GoodnConcept. Unfriendly Counterperson. Ordered two whole chickens. No flavor and quite dry. Would like them to succeed, but they have to make some changes. Service with a SMILE doesn't cost anything.
Went in with my boyfriend, placed an order for two meals. The person to greet us was clearly bothered by our presence, the order took close to 45 minutes to prepare, took so long I got my eyebrows down right next door lol. Seemed strange as 3 others came in and there orders were pushed out immediately. Very strange behavior definitely not welcoming to the LGBTQ community, mid food overall unless you love bbq.

Use to be amazing, I would get buffalo chicken mac. I don't know if this is a one off time but it wasn't made to order like usual. Just used warm mac from the front counter threw some chicken in it and put some hot sauce on. It was not mixed up at all the cheese on top didn't even melt.
