Never had a calzone without ricotta cheese, how does that happen? I guess I got a calzone shaped pepperoni roll. Gotta leave a bad review for giving me the wrong thing technically... At least it was actually filled and cooked, instead of some places that bake the calzone bread, then cut it open, stuff it and reheat it when you order. That's heinous when they do that.

What a mess! Ordered one cheese calzone, one pepperoni, a buffalo slice, mozzarella sticks and garlic knots. Called in order 30 min before arriving. $42. Got there, they look at me like I have two heads. Waited 15-20 minutes, then they Asked me what I ordered then gave me a small box. I look inside, one calzone, garlic knots, two cups of ranch dressing, one cup of sauce. I asked where the rest of it was. She said that’s all. I said no, there was a few more items. (Obviously it was $42) So they started scrambling through receipt orders to no avail. I asked them to check the order form for when it was called in. There was none. After 20 min, I got a refund and they were as rude as could be. Especially the girl at the register who was nasty and clueless. I went down to Calabria on 132 and ordered in person and the food was perfectly prepared and ready to go in 15 min. And was DELICIOUS! Since this was my 4th lousy experience with Bella’s, I decided to write this. Everyone has bad days and I can excuse a mistake here or there, but this was too many times. With so many pizzerias in the area, it’s shocking how bad they are. I’ll never go back, and I will be posting a review on Facebook and instagram. If the owner reads this, this happened on 10/28/23 at 630 pm.Don’t waste your time or $, everyone!!!!

The person who answered the phone obviously can not understand clearly what the customer is asking for! placed an order for 2 house pies cut in 8 and I should not have had to correct the person taking the order 2 times an yet after doing jus that and paying 60$ still did NOT receive what I asked for!

Place was great for years before the new owners. We ordered a large pie over the phone a few days ago. Walked in to pick it up and I couldn't believe how dirty the whole place was. When I picked up the pizza box, it almost felt empty. Looked inside and the pizza was much smaller than usual. Won't be going back.

My family has been ordering from this pizzeria for over a year now. We order it almost every week, their pizza is good. I order beef patty regularly.Today, we placed an order, as usual. Got the pizza and beef patty, my first bite didn’t taste right. I bit into it again still not right. I cut open the patty to see what was going on. It smelled horrible and was filled with fungus. I immediately threw it up.My wife told me to call them and speak Carlos, the owner. So I called him, told him what happened. He told me it wasn’t his fault, they he buys the beef patty’s from someone else. I was shocked, since he wasn’t accepting any responsibility. I told him I would send him a picture, so he can see it for himself. I did, wrote him a complaint but never got a response.I’m very disappointed, because we order from this place at least once a week. We have family that goes there. I’m writing this review to make others aware of how this business is run.

I was really craving a good ole foldable slice of buffalo chicken but they didn’t have that. They had some odd slices left so I got a broccoli rabe with sausage and a chicken and peppers or something. Also got some garlic knots that were tough and ropey! The sausage was super dry like it was reheated. The crust was super hard. I don’t know, maybe we got the worst of it at the end of the day. Can’t say I’ll be returning.

Staff was great and the place was clean. The food was left out for the whole day, the chicken was all dried out and the edges of the pizza was dried and nasty. The marsala slice was nothing but mushy dough. Sadly the pepperoni roll was exactly the same as the rest.

Love the Chicken bacon ranch here. Went over for lunch today and they had 6 weird pies of garbage pizza. No buff chicken, no chicken parm, no BBQ, didn't even see white. I don't even think they had pepperoni. I've never walked in a pizza place and not been able to find something I liked. I don't know who chose what pies they were making today but it's no wonder the place is empty whenever I walk in. I won't be wasting another lunch break coming here to gamble if they decided to make normal pizza.Worst business decision I have ever seen I don't think you could call this a pizza place.

Buyer beware!! They close early many times so you can't order. It has happened several times. If you're going to do that then change your times online!!!

Great pizza! Always freshly made ?
