This place continues to disappoint. They don’t know how to make a simple order correctly. I don’t understand how they have 4.5 stars. I ordered a Asiago bagel toasted well with light veggie cream cheese and crispy bacon. What I got was an Asiago bagel not toasted with a ton of cream cheese and cold bacon. I got home took one bit and threw that garbage out. This place simply sucks. Highly recommend to not go here.

I wish they had store brewed iced tea and LARGER CUPS!I advance ordered a dozen bagels a few weeks ago to take to an in office party and not only did I NOT get a bakers dozen, I actually discovered there were actually only 11 bagels in the bag.... the bagels are good though!
I heard the bagels here were amazing but unfortunately I don't agree. In my opinion should have that chewy-ness with the crisp exterior - these bagels are very soft, more bread-like. The space is pretty large, plenty of seating. Service, however, is extremely slow. We ordered some bagel sandwiches and they had been ready for a long long time sitting in the window, being ignored and getting cold. They need to light a fire under the front counter staff - they were moving at half speed despite the place being really busy on a Sunday. There are too many great bagel places closer to me, won't be going back.

No matter how many times I try this place they always manage to screw up EVERYTHING. Order is never right whether it be on the phone or in person. Today I ordered a ham egg and cheese (double egg) with hash browns on a bagel with SPK. Photo shown is what I received. Ham, 1 egg, and cheese on a stale bagel. Afterwords I called them to see what they would say and the guy that answered the phone just repeatedly told me they were closed. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.

Bagels are bagels right? Nothing special in my personal opinion, coming from NYC it's hard to impress me with bagels. They have a wide variety of coffee which is self serve which I liked. Beware it can get very busy and packed during early morning hours especially on the weekends. I will say I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they loaded that thing up which was to my satisfaction. Staff could be a bit friendlier but during a wave of hungry guest I get it.
