Fish was incredible, the salads were over-seasoned, almost inedible. Also, dont put tuna in the mac salad when you're serving it with fish dude, come on?! . Hard pass. Staff was just plain rude, cuz they're over worked & overwhelmed, so I get it. I won't waste my time or money again. There's plenty of places to get a fish fry. Not for me.
Great place. Very welcoming. This is a private club open to the public during certain hours. Food … 10/10.
Had to-go but did the steak special on sat. Night steak was cooked perfect. 8oz choice strip baked potato vegetable tossed salad roll and butter 16 bucks can't beat it.

Firehouse on the lake offers tasty, reasonably priced food with a lake view and an outside deck. The steak special on Saturday night—an 8oz choice strip with baked potato, vegetable, tossed salad, roll and butter for 16 bucks—was cooked perfect. The seafood chowder has been a favorite for years. Fattie G's sub is easily one of the best ever, with flawless service and simple, clean ambience. However, the fish was incredible but the salads were over-seasoned, almost inedible, and the staff was plain rude, over worked and overwhelmed. The restaurant is typically open Wednesday through Saturday, but may be open for specific holidays, so a call to check holiday hours is recommended.
