While the food and the restaurant itself were very satisfactory, the reservation system left a little to be desired. The restaurant did not have our so-called confirmed reservation, but was able to seat us - after I showed them a copy of my reservation notification. The food, service and ambiance were excellent. The on-line reservation was a disappointment.
Our first time there on our visit from California! It was to celebrate my niece's birthday and to celebrate her acceptance as a junior at University of Syracuse! It couldn't have been more joyful and more exciting!! The food was outstanding, and Mia, our server was a delight. The bar tender was a kind gentleman and served our drinks with finesse! My fish came to me cold (not cooked all the way). The waitress and chef were very accommodating, fixing the problem and creating me a new dish; unfortunately, my husband sat there and ate his dinner without me. They gave us a free dessert, though I'm not a sweets person so this didn't really do anything for me. Instead, I would have liked some money taken off my bill.
