refreshingly different menu!
Have been here a few times. Haven’t had anything bad. Everything is fresh (the freshest sushi I’ve ever had) the crispy rice appetizer is to die for. I always order 2! You have to try this place.
This was my first visit to Hidden Fish – it will not be my last. As a Skaneateles resident, I knew that this new sushi restaurant was in the works, but with little (or no) advertising it opened to nightly “full houses.” I had been trying to get a table for over a month and finely got one (two seats at the bar at 5:15) on a Thursday – everything else was booked until 8:30.
