Mirbeau has slipped in service and facilities in the past few years. We went for their lunch and spa service. The relaxation room was dirty, no one was servicing the beds. There were dirty towels and used cups all over the place. The sauna didn’t work, the shower had garbage on the floor, including a used razor. The service at lunch was good, but the salmon on my salad was old and had a funky smell to it. Disappointing as I bragged to my friends about how great it was.
I took my DIL to experience a spa day. Mirabeau did not disappoint!! I wanted her to have the best day and she did. I have been to a few spas and this is by far the best spa experience ever! I plan on coming back in the fall. It had been a long time that I had a spa day and had to ask for correct etiquette, I wasn't sure if we were allowed to walk anywhere in our robes...we were. The staff was very cordial and polite, the atmosphere was amazing and the food

My husband and I booked a treatment and breakfast at the spa. It’s such an amazingly beautiful place and the wait staff was excellent and friendly. The only downside? The Bistro & Wine Bar at Mirbeau offers a pleasant ambiance, set in a beautiful water garden environment. While the food quality varies, the service is consistently attentive and friendly. Some dishes, such as the steak Frites, are cooked perfectly and often exceed expectations. Others, like the salmon and risotto, can fall short, with issues such as bitterness and overcooking. The plant power bowl and hokey pokey dessert are refreshing and satisfying options. Prices are quite high, with a typical meal costing around $100. Despite the mixed food experiences, the ambiance and attentive service make the restaurant worth a visit. The staff, especially Olga, are helpful and considerate, adding to the positive experience. The overall atmosphere is relaxing, and the restaurant shows potential for improvement in food quality, encouraging repeat visits to try other menu items.
