Big shout out to Napoli's Pizzeria for their amazing service and delicious food tonight!
My kiddo is such a picky eater. Tonight she decided she wanted pasta and meatballs, so, I decided to try my luck at delivery from Napoli’s (for the first time.) Luckily they delivered all the way out to me, on the Greenville/Sussex border!
I called to place my order at 5:21 and the delivery driver was here at 5:55! I still can’t believe how quickly we received our food 👏🏼 The driver was incredibly nice, and he was kind and patient with my three (entirely annoying) dogs. Even my grumpy old dog was kind to the driver 😂 [to me that says a lot!]
Kudos to you, Napoli’s, and your staff! I’m entirely impressed and my picky eater even ate her entire bowl of penne and meatballs 🤌🏼

When they first opened, they were so good. But like most of the new places that appear in this town, the quality has gone way down. And we try over and over because they are conveniently located near our home, but they have become our last resort to grab something quick. The people are nice, prices reasonable but food has no flavor. Ordered a simple Greek salad with gyro meat today, feta cheese has no flavor, olives no flavor, tzatziki sauce taste like just sour cream. I mean how can you screw up a salad? And every time we attempt getting pizza, there is no longer any flavor. I’ve avoided leaving a bad review for quite some time because they are a local business and I want to see them succeed. But I’m hoping leaving this review will allow them to reflect and hopefully make some changes for the better. Napoli’s, please grab a hold of your business and make it what it once was, where did the passion go?

WOW!! I pass this place all the time omw back from Middletown to Sussex and kept saying I would stop and get a pie. I finally did and their pizza is PHENOMENAL. I got a large pepperoni and sausage. Pizza was fresh, sauce was filled with flavor, cheese was perfect and bubbly and the crust had the perfect crunch. Absolutely amazing. Friendly staff too. Give them a try!
Never again! Pizza was very salty. Tasteless crust. You can keep the garlic knots. Rip off.

Napoli's is our go to for great Italian comfort food! From classics like baked ziti and pizza, to the innovative twist on a garlic knot - the Warrior Knot sandwich - everything was delicious. I would recommend for catering as well - everything was well packaged and organized.
