I am a non spanish speaking person with zero spanish heritage & everyone in this place is always extremely nice to me. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire staff is always happy and smiling. They’re busy helping a restaurant to run in westchester that you don't have to drive all the way down to the bx. Imagine surviving in westchester with these prices. Of course the plates gotta be more than in the bx. Duh! 🙄 I ordered a meal and can get two meals out of it if I aint greedy. Be kind people and acknowledge the facts that everyone in our communities are working together to help one another. How hard it is to run a business! Some of yall should be ashamed of yourselves and what you say & how you treat others. I love this place and always drive here no matter how far I live. They also have parking. I dk any Dominican restaurants that have parking at any place. The food is always good and I had all different heritage foods. This is one of my favorites.

Used to love this place but portions have gotten so ridiculously small. I ordered beef stew for like 17 dollars and the portion was a size for a side dish. Unreal! Will not be ordering from here any longer.
They gave my large catering order a Christmas discount. I’m so happy to support this business! Another Sleepy Hallow gem 📣⭐️

Found this gem when we visited during the Sleepy Hollow Street Fair and every restaurant had 1+ hour of wait times including our original option in the corner Bridge View Tavern and I’m so glad it worked out that way. We were seated within 10 minutes and waited about 15 minutes for the food.
We ordered the pork mofongo, seafood combo soup, steak with onions, and last but definitely the most exception was the fried chicken. While the other dishes were amazing, the fried chicken knocked the ball out the park. It’s hands down one of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had - crispy but not dry. Not to mention their portion sizes were huge! Two entree dishes were probably enough for 4 people as we were able to barely finish our food.
We also ordered the yuca fries with fried cheese and the juices. Only suggestion would probably be less sugar in the juices, but otherwise one of the best Dominican restaurants I’ve been to.
