I really liked the view from this restaurant. But let's get to the details, the paper menu with many sold out dishes. As I looked at the photos of the menu on Instagram to place my order I was a little disappointed that it wasn't available on the menu. We ordered pizza, hamburgers, calamari, rice with shrimp, lobster sandwich. The flavors were good but nothing special.

I loved it, super relaxing, adequate temperature. I came already hungry and the food was super delicious. The French fries could have been thicker for my taste. But the pizza ufff yumee, it was mushroom and these were big and it did taste like mushrooms. The cauliflower has a very deli medium spicy sauce. The service was very friendly ??? thkuuu!Ah! It was super cool, when I asked about the beers they recommended 2 and they brought me a mini glass of each one to try, they don't do that everywhere. ?

The service was great and so were the drinks. The lobster miso soup was so disappointing, it tasted like water...miso is a such a strong flavor i dont understand how it could have possibly been missing from the soup, it had no seasoning whatsoever and the noodles were overcooked...Not to mention the lobster itself tasted like rubber. The crab croquettes were so wet and terribly under-seasoned i mean there was not a lick of salt in it, and the brown/purple sauce they served with it made no sense, it was essentially stuck to the plate. The roasted cauliflower was clearly frozen cauliflower, which i guess some people are ok with but frozen vegetables are typically very wet even after cooking so i dont enjoy them, especially because they were barely browned so i wouldnt consider them "roasted." The cauliflower was actually the only well seasoned item at our table. The gyoza was pretty good but obviously thats something thats not made in-house. The burger was also very good although i think it would be nice to have a sauce. Oysters were also very good. If this restaurant was in new york city theres no way it would survive because the flavors of the food cooked on site are just so bland. Its disappointing because the food is not cheap. The waitress was nice enough to take the ramen off of our bill. The 3% they add to the bill is chefs appreciation and its so weird and this is also the first time ive ever been charged $3 for a seltzer water. Im 100% sure i would not return nor would i recommend this place unless you just want oysters and drinks.

The perfect cozy spot for lunch during the winter! This spot is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. My parents and I used to go to Purdys Farmer and the Fish when they would drop me off at Vassar College. It was one of our favorite spots and I'm happy they have one in Sleepy Hollow. The steak and salmon are always delicious and it was my first time trying their pizza. Everything was delicious and my boyfriend also really enjoyed the Lobster Roll.

Staff was so nice and helpful. We popped in for a quick drink and they accommodated getting us seats at the bar, great drink, atmosphere was relaxing and what a view! Bartender was great, wish I caught his name, even had advice on sunset. Absolutely will be stopping back, unfortunately I can't eat seafood, but I can drink their delicious cocktails!

They have reservations online at 8:30pm through 9:30pm on a Friday. But the kitchen closes at 8:45...even when crowded??? Makes no sense. Then they rush you and your food is horrible. I had one OK experience there 2 years ago, went back and this is the last time. Just trying too hard but the location is cool.

Beautiful view- not my first visit. Crab croquette were more breast than crabby, tasty but not enough. Lobster in the ramen was tasty but again just a little let down. My friends salad with walnuts and feta was tastyThe winner of the night was the lady grey cocktail- smoothI do not like sweet and the servers suggestion was a little sour but tasty

A beautiful, small location with views of the bridge. The food was excellent; however, the host was not. We had a 7:30 reservation and we were all there by 7:20. She told us about a five minute wait and it ended up quite a bit longer than that. I spoke to her a few times and it appeared she could care less. The service was also quite slow until the restaurant emptied out at 9:30. Would like to give it another try.

Dined on a Friday evening (5pm) and it was pretty empty. My friend and I sat at a table top with a beautiful view of the river and bridge which was nice. The food was decent and the service was good. The ambiance definitely carried the number of stars I rated it; clean, cozy and upscale. I plan on giving this place another go and try their pizza.

The fall harvest hash was tremendous! The lamb meatballs were good though could've been great if they weren't a bit hard on the outside, over cooked a bit. Bok choy was deliciously spiced. The shrimp in shrimp cocktail were huge!

Wow what an amazing lunch we had at Hudson Farmer & The Fish!! The location is beautiful facing the waterfront and we enjoyed our lunch at an outdoor table. The food was so delicious and fresh. We shared a huge burger with cheese and perfectly cooked bacon. One of the juiciest, most flavorful burgers I've had. And the fries are perfectly crispy on the outside and nicely potato-y inside. The salad we shared was lightly dressed with a subtly flavored vinaigrette that highlighted the fresh greens. Again, a pleasant surprise that its flavors and freshness really stood out . We are looking forward to coming back here again!
