“Stopped by here on the way home from up North. The facilities are kept clean and the food here was good. Gas prices are a little bit high but I guess that's a given right off of the interstate. There was also a carvel here on location.

Parking: There is a parking lot immediately off the interstate exit before the building.

“We hosted a surprise 60th birthday party this past weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the first call to set it up to the moment we walked out the door, the staff made sure it was such a great experience. The people who work there are so attentive and kind. The managers Bryan and Kelly were so helpful in planning our party and Ivan is a rockstar. He took care of our party of 20 and made sure we had everything we needed. We never had to look for him, he was always checking on us and providing excellent service. He truly is so great at what he does. We had a sit down lunch in their cottage room which was so nicely decorated. the space was perfect. We felt like we were in our own restaurant. It was cozy but spacious and they were so accommodating with how we wanted it set up. We were able to bring balloons and decorations and the staff even helped us set up. They had a curtain up in the doorway so we were able to really surprise the guest of honor. Our lunch was delicious. We chose to do the seated option with 3 shareable apps and we picked a menu of 4 main meals from their party menu. Most of us ordered the shepherds pie and it was some of the best we had ever had. The presentation was cute. It came in a skillet which was served on a board with Irish soda bread. It was so delicious. The show stopper was the shareable Irish egg rolls. We couldn’t stop talking about them. The drinks were really good and the bar staff was really attentive to the party. The kids ordered from the long kids menu and they really enjoyed theirs as well. The pricing was very reasonable and worth every penny. We were able to bring our own cake and they cut it up and served it for us which was so nice. I can’t thank them enough for how special they made this experience. Everyone in our party had such an amazing time. The staff here are incredible. I would absolutely consider them for your next party.“

“You going to get a consistent meal at the Lantern. I usually will order ahead and pick up through the drive through. Today, we ate in, and can I just say the staff was amazing. Queen DD was so sweet and the gentleman whose name I forgot to ask, but assume is management of some sort, was SO KIND. Absolutely fantastic experience with them today. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness towards us! Yall made my little girl’s day with that itty bitty ice cream cone.“

“So yeah, this is a restaurant in a grocery store, but that doesn't mean they cheap out on their offerings. I've been here a few times and I've been very happy with my food. Besides the Burgers being tasty and the Tuscan fries being Excellent, the advantage of eating here is that you have every beverage available in the store and also the option of getting the Wegman's buffet for sides and such. An excellent lunch stop!“

“We used to walk there from the house over 50 years ago. Pick up a dozen Dilly Bars (I think they call them Buster bars now). I always knew the staff because we grew up together. So much more than memories !“

“When I got there, they had one person working the front counter register as well as the drive thru so it took a while to get service. Afterwards, I found out that one of the workers, that would have been at the front, was helping a person outside getting their car started.Things have improved both at the drive thru and inside.“

“Everywhere in the world can have bad customer service. Let’s all take a moment and realize that adults are complaining because “my ice cream didn’t turn upside down”. Please. Get a life. Or say you don’t have money. This DQ is just as fine as your McDonalds off the highway. They are quick, simple, and not disrespectful. I’ve gone here many times, never had a problem other than seeing others disturb the servers because they did get the “wight ice cweam” then cry because they think the server cant change it. What I’m saying is bad days are tailored to the person it happens to. Just because people had one bad time here doesn’t mean you will. It’s a normal DQ go get ice cream“

“Excellent as usual. I've been coming here for pizza almost 18 years now and it's always great. Tonight I tried the meatball parm hero and it was so delicious I ate it all before taking a photo. I ordered the Penne alla Vodka with grilled chicken to go. Food was perfect and service great. Everyone made customers feel like family. I highly recommend!“
