I went in at 748pm Friday December 8,2023 and I had ordered a chai latte with oat milk and the attendant with glasses, he said oh the steamer is shut down and I said it's not even 8pm yet 59 orange turnpike sloatsburg,ny and he said I'm sorry and how it would've been a hassle to clean it up after we just cleaned it up and shut it down. That's inconvenient for me as a customer and unprofessional. Thank you 2014270361

I placed a mobile order for a large hot chai latte with oat milk and espresso and paid over 8 dollars for it and the idiots at the store literally did not put any chai in the drink. It was just a cup of oat milk with a single shot of espresso. The employees were also very rude, especially the cashier. 0/10 I do not recommend this location to anyone and will not be going here again.

On handful of occasions, I have ordered coffee and drinks (online and in person) and due to poor service had to leave my items behind. This location should hire enough staff to accommodate the morning

They had my favorite doughnut today, coconut and it was fresh! But they only had strawberry and chocolate milk. I want regular milk. The flavors are for kids, but I suppose we can't have everything.

I do not recommend this Dunkin if you like safe food handling. I paid and then realized they use their hands to pick up the donuts. No glove or even a paper, or tongs like most places. He had just handled money and I wondered what other safe food handling rules they ignore. I threw the donut away.

My local Dunkin is a warm, safe, local establishment and they staff the location even on holidays! It's truly a hub of our community.
