Rolls are thin as paper recently. Bagels and meat changed. Otherwise I’ve been enjoying Jessie’s since I moved up here in 2002 and I will continue to go.

We usually stop here to get our family breakfast on our way to the city. Unfortunately, this will no longer be our breakfast spot. I kindly asked for a couple of cups for my toddlers to drink their juice in the car. The employee said "Ok, but I'll have to charge you." I explained I was already ordering food and drinks and that it would be very helpful for the kids. Employee said, "We have to pay for them so..." I thought that was so rude. Being frequent customers and being treated this way.. we won't return. Also the bread was burned as shown in the picture. That could've been overlooked but the employee's rudeness cannot.

Food is not good. Bagels taste stale. They never toast it. Never a good experience. Bagel Boys in Suffern is soooo much better.
