I gave this place a second try. My first experience was for breakfast. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a roll. I told the genleman politely literally 3 times that I wanted it on a roll, I get back home and it’s on a bagel. Egg sandwich was ok. Today went there and ordered a grilled chicken, mozzarella and roasted peppers on a hero. Not sure what happen but it took way too long. 3 people after me got their sandwiches. Potato salad had so much sour cream, I thought it was spoiled. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.

A 24 hour bagel shop. You can get a fresh cup of coffee and bagel at 300am. You cannot do this anywhere else close by. 4 stars just for being open-I'm grateful they are there, and as far as customer service, I was in there the other night and the woman working there was great.
I have been going here for about a year now. I have even gone for several days in a week. The problem is that each time I go there, I find numerous strands of hair that have been brown, gray, and blonde. The first time I thought it was a mistake. But then they kept on coming back. I keep going because I try to see if the hairs were consistent and they were. They do not wear anything to slick the hair back. The other problem is that sometimes they just mess up the order. For example, I ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese with no Bacon and the Cheese was only on half of the bagel with NO seasoning. The worst part about the experience was when I saw somebody SNEEZING ON THE CHIP RACK and they did NOTHING ABOUT IT. The people making your food do not listen at all when you tell them your concerns. I wouldn't even trust anybody associated with that place to make me a bagel. Lazy human beings. 1 star.

Great bagels but when calling ahead I’ll get left on hold for 10-15 minutes sometimes. What’s the point?

Wow, what can I say? Late night treat after visiting one of my Chiro buddies Couldn’t be more psyched to come across this 24 hour gem .
The hospitable owner/chef makes the most amazing egg sandwiches. She’s a true master of her craft, One of the best I’ve had in years.
You know when the owner is impressed and excited what she made it’s a fantastic place.
(Btw Egg Everything scooped and toasted
Eggs spinach tomato honey maple turkey and cheese.) You are welcome to name that one “The Dr J” lol.

Just had an egg everything bagel lightly toasted with cream cheese - perfection!!! Soft but not too chewy, right amount of “everything” with the proper amount of salt mixed in - not many other bagel spots get this the way I like it - this will be my go to for all future bagel cravings.

So to start, on Friday, 4/12 I go in to the store to order 2 dozen bagels to be shipped to Iowa (I was in town for a HS reunion and just had to get some bagels shipped so I could enjoy them after my trip). After some employee confusion, I finally getting them ordered and paid the $36/ dozen. I flew out Monday and returned home. When no bagels arrived by Thurs night I called the shop and was asked to call the next day and talk to the manager. So Friday morning I called and spoke with a gal (she never gave me her name). I explained I was concerned as I hadn't received my bagels yet. She said she was the manager and that she was off Mon and Tues and was the only one who could ship them and that the bagels were sent out Wed morning so I should receive them Fri or Sat. Ok cool. Bagels are delivered Sat 4/20 and I immediately unpacked the boxes. We enjoyed one that night and a couple Sunday morning. Sunday night I was prepping some for work the next day and I noticed mold on one...hubby thinks it's just flour so I wipe it off. Just in case, we move each bagel to a new clean bag. Here it is 2 days later and I'm having to throw away 9 of the bagels because they are covered in mold and I'm gonna carefully watch the rest. I'm sorry, there is NO WAY these bagels should have molded just 3 days later! I am very pissed off at the waste of my money!
