3/2/26 entered at around 258 pm after ringing phone from car over 90 times ( three phone calls) no one answered to take order walked in to see young boy and girl and foreign man all behind counter no customers. I then again rang phone I watched as the young guy stared at it. After four rings I hung up The boy and girl left. I let then man make my food he was nice at end I said why doesn’t anyone answer phone. He smiled ignored me and helped the next customer I think a young blond girl. Owner please check cameras. It was pathetic I would have liked to preordered but the lazy youth and older man refused to answer the phone and ignored me when I asked why. Watch the tape

This has been my go-to bagel spot in Smithtown for my entire life, even before they moved to their new location. I’ve always loved their bagels and have recommended this place to friends and family for years. That said, my most recent visit left me a bit confused and disappointed. I ordered a poppy seed bagel, toasted, with chicken salad and the total came out to $9.85. For a single bagel with no side, chips, or drink, that price feels extremely high.
I’m not sure if this is the correct pricing now or if there was a mistake when it was rung up, but it definitely caught me off guard. I understand that food prices have gone up everywhere, but nearly ten dollars for a bagel seems off . The bagel itself was still good, but the value just didn’t feel the same as it used to. I hope this was a one-off issue or a misunderstanding, because I really want to continue supporting a place I’ve gone to my whole life.

The bagel lacked flavor. Got a bacon egg and cheese and the egg had no seasoning. Also, the customer service felt very subpar. Will not be back
