I've stopped here quite a few times, and each time the service gets worse. Today was the absolute worst. I got on line, one person waiting for their order and one person waiting to order. The man received his order and said they must be trained to ignore customers. I have felt this treatment at this location before. The lady in front of me placed her order and we waited, and waited and waited. There were at least 3 employees at the time. One at the window (no cars were there), one mopping the floor, and one filling the order. On previous visits I have waited while someone was counting money at the register, and another time someone was going through what looked like receipts. I gave up and left. I will not return. I'm sure this will please the staff as they don't have to avoid eye contact and getting coffee for me. Worst DD I've ever been in.

How do you constantly lose mobile orders. I'm not going to argue with the teenage cashier so I left after waiting an unusual amount of time in the drive. Call the help number on the app and got my refund. Dunkin' as a brand has definitely gone down in quality over the years

Coffee and donuts. Not too much trouble right? Wrong. I ordered an iced latte, a Charli cold brew, and one donut. I get to the window, pay for my food with the app, get handed an iced latte, a donut, and.... munchkins? I didn't order munchkins, I ordered a cold brew. They said that was coming too. I said good but I didn't order these munchkins, I don't want them. The young woman calls over another young woman who says, 'yeah she didn't order the munchkins I don't know how they got on the order'. I was told to come back the next morning and a manager would refund me for the munchkins. Really? I said I wasn't local and they said that only a manager can do refunds. Come on. Things happen. Orders get messed up. But empower your staff to have the tools to make things right. Or keep a manager on site during all open hours who is empowered to provide excellent customer service.

Ordered a chocolate shake and got a peanut butter one. I have a nut allergy and ended up having a reaction. Tried to get the staff attention in the drive through but no one answered.

We're officially done with Dunkin' Donuts... I reviewed another one a while ago after they gave me a regular coffee when I asked for decaf. This one did it too. I'm breastfeeding and this is just not acceptable. And they handed me my husband's "hot" macchiato, in a hot cup, practically cold. Did they really think that was ok? And the bacon was downright rubbery. They guy at the drive thru was nice, but that's not worth us ever going back to another Dunkin' Donuts.

The worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. I don't think they have gotten my order right once. Horrible, don't go here. Go to Starbucks

I try to be understanding especially at a time like this but I was extremely frustrated with this location today. I walked over because I was up the block waiting for my car to be ready. It took them over ten minutes to help us. My mom and I were the only ones in the store. They had three people working the drive through. They wouldn't even acknowledge us. We were completely ignored. I was trying to be patient (I understand you get overwhelmed I work in a restaurant). But to not even say we will be with you in a few minutes is ridiculous. After waiting for over ten minutes and being extremely annoyed. I said something to the young girl and she rolled her eyes at me and acted like I was out of line for asking to be helped. Maybe it was an off day. Maybe the kids were new I don't know but they definitely need training on customer service etiquette.

Owner was extremely kind, he is friendly and most of the customers there were definitely regulars. His establishment is clean, the food is fresh and the employees are friendly as well. My order was perfect. Thank you!

Ok, you've got my attention. I've been going from DD to DD all over Suffolk County over the last 3 months, in search of the ever elusive classic Boston Cream. But, a little about me first. It all started when my father introduced me to this delectable confection at the young age of 6. Now skip ahead to 2019.......As you may have deduced, my favorite donut is the DD Boston Cream. I'm sure it's yours too. If not, I can understand why. The great majority of DD's over the past several years have been messing with the dough to custard ratio. Nowadays you bite into a Boston Cream anywhere on LI only to discover that you've been swindled, hoodwinked, bamboozled, run amuck! It's no longer about "where's the beef?". It's about "where's the custard?" Many a time has come to pass where I take my first bite, to discover not a drop of custard in that bite. So, I lift up my chin, and bravely take a second bite, and a third. To my disappointment, still no custard. On the fourth bite I get all of a teaspoon of custard. Oh, what a joyful momen.....wait, I just got scammed. This is not the Boston Cream I grew up with, where every bite would ooze with decadent cream made by the angels in heaven. No. This is the Boston Cream of a franchise owner who is cutting everywhere he can to be able to pay the rent to his corporate donut masters. And, now back to this DD in Smithtown on 347. Some how, this genius of an owner has managed to...dare I say... sneak a few extra globs of custard into these Boston Creams. He is brave. He is kind. He is my hero. If you've never tried a Boston Cream in Suffolk County, try it here. They are heavy with the holy nectar direct from the kitchen of the all mighty himself, and almost as good as the ones in NYC. Yeah, you don't mess around with the BC in NYC or you can get your a** killed son!

Out of iced tea???? How do you run out of Iced tea and it is a featured drink. Very upset, frequently wrong orders yet I keep coming back for more. It is the closest one to my job unfortunately.

Let's put someone that doesn't speak English working the drive thru. The reason it upsets me is because they continuously get the order wrong. They don't print the label on the drink. What's the point of being able to customize your drink if they don't actually follow the instructions?

Horrible ice caramel lates. This is my second time in two weeks visiting this location, the first time my drink was terrible and I figured it was just an off day. Today same thing! This time I got stuck in the drive thru for over 20 minutes with my kids screaming and I couldn't even leave! I called to say something to them and they don't answer their phones!! Horrible!

Picked up a cake for my Nephew's birthday. Taste was good but they really need help with penmanship. Looked like something from a horror movie. I wish I looked before bringing it home. They should offer their folks a course.

First time stopping at this location, and most likely my last. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and...just look at the photo attached. The coffee was EXTREMELY burnt and made my stomach ache after just a few sips. Honestly I was in shock when the guy at the drive thru handed it to me as if nothing was wrong so I ended up not saying anything and hoped it was a mocha macchiato instead LOL. I'm really not picky but this was just straight up careless and a waste of money because I could not drink it. Don't be like me and say something right away if you see your coffee this dark at this specific location!!!
