Great coffee ☕️.
Pretty solid coffee and one heck of a club sandwich! Plenty of parking out front!
First time going to Blue Bean cafe and I have to say I left very satisfied.
Right away I was greeted with smiles and was provided great service. The girls went above and beyond to take care of my friend and I. We even got free cookies as part of the special they had going on today. My friend and I got some work done in their cozy seating area. The bux was amazing if you’re a caramel lover like me as well as the Nutella banana bread. I definitely will be back! Thank you Blue Bean cafe for the great experience.
The girls that work here need a serious attitude adjustment. At what point does the owner address this as I am seeing it’s a common complaint. You walk in and it’s like they can’t be bothered. They don’t smile, they aren’t friendly and it’s awful. These are the faces of your business… & they are insanely rude.
This place became way too overpriced. I got a basic matcha latte – $10. Service was alright and the atmosphere is not how it used to be
Ordered a lavender lemonade, not only was there no tast of lavender, but the lemonade tasted identical to Simply Lemonade. Extremely surgery and sweet. For a small is was $6.50 not worth it. Had 3 sips and spilled the rest out.
Fun people good drinks and like super knowledgeable on products
Cool vibe, very clean, real nice staff. And the iced vanilla latte was great. Definitely recommend if in the area.
Such a good vibe in here, so so glad that they reopened. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they made me a surprise drink and it was really good. My girlfriend loved their avocado toast!
Extremely rude customer service. Barista seemed extremely bothered she was corrected for serving me something I didn’t order. Then tried to refuse
a refund, despite the fact the charged item was more expensive then the actual ordered item or the remake (that a coworker eventually made). Other coworker corrected the mistake by letting us take that and the remade item. Coffee was fine but kinda weird experience all around.

The coffee quality has massively improved since the reopening, coffee is delicious with a wide range of syrups, lovely atmosphere and the girls behind the counter are lovely (although there are often 3 workers behind the counter which seems a lot for a small cafe). We hope it stays open!

To clarify my original review…I only ordered 1 egg sandwich and only received 1 egg sandwich. When questioned, I was told that the price was correct. Not sure why your records show 2 sandwiches, if that’s the case then I am owed money back.
“20.35 for an egg sandwich is absolutely ridiculous! I will say it was delicious but it was just 2 eggs and bacon on a roll…no cheese or anything else. When I questioned the price, the poor girl behind the counter looked embarrassed. Unfortunately they won’t last with absurd prices like this and I will not be going back, I’ll take my $20 to Maureen’s Kitchen for a full breakfast.”

I visited the Blue Bean Cafe in Smithtown for the first time, and I ordered the avacado toast. It tasted amazing. The avacado was piled high, and it had a touch of honey and goat cheese that added a unique flavor.

Best avocado toast I’ve ever had, but $18 for once piece of toast is a bit outrageous. Very once in a while stop for me.
