First and last time here! Horrible customer service! The person (older guy with no personality and clearly no knowledge of FDA regulations) behind food does it all with bare hands! He touched my ordered pizzas while checking out another customer, running his credit card, touching the computer... while my pizzas are in the oven, he does the same with my credit card... I had to ask for my receipt, after I received it, it was filled with oil from his fingers (I wiped it down with a napkin). Tables and chairs were dirty and crumbly. Pizzas were good, but this experience ruined it.

I was always curious about this place; Yesterday I went and tried the pizza, unfortunately it seemed that the pizza was from a few days ago, because the ingredients did not feel fresh, the person in front took a long time to come to serve me; That gave me time to analyze the place and see the procedures in the kitchen, from what I saw and how they handle the food, the state of the ovens, the kitchen and the place in general, I would prefer not to return

My husband and I went to see if they had freshly made pies and slices after 5 PM. I asked the young girl behind the counter, who is not so friendly. She said no and I told her that I am not interested in ordering any pizza slice that has been sitting there for some time. Also, pizza with any sort of meat should not be left on any counter. This is a health hazard and a customer can get sick. That young girl had the nerve to tell me to not say they the pizza isn’t fresh in front of customers. Well, it was only my husband and I and I told her that I have my own brain to speak my mind. Who is she to tell a potential customer what they need to say or do! She is very unprofessional and needs to learn more about American culture and hospitality. I worked for years at top country clubs as a high school and college student and was very accommodating to members. This person needs to be replaced immediately with someone more friendly, accommodating, and not so stoic! I walked out and I advise everyone to stay away from this place.

Preorder my pizza- when arrived I told him I preordered- then saw the man take the pie from the premade area slap sauce and cheese on it and 5 mins later gave me the pizza. I asked him if it was ready and said yes. Get home and my family accused me of getting it from a dump place! Taste like it’s 5 days old! Never again!

When I paid cash for my pepperoni slice and bottled water it came out to a pricy $7. What made me cringe was the gentleman giving me change licked his fingers to count out $3 change. He then continues to handle food behind the counter without washing his hands..... disgusting! I'll never eat at this pizzeria again.

Hi my name is Hasan and I am severely disappointed with the service I received from the lady at the front . I am all the way from Rhode Island and I traveled here with my family and friends because they told how amazing the pizza is . Me and my friend got into a civil disagreement among ourselves and the lady felt the need to intervene and try to lecture us and scream at us for our OWN disagreement . After she tried to embrass me and my friends, I didn't even feel hungry anymore and just wanted a drink . I tried to pay for Coca Cola and the lady at the front told me she's not accepting my payment and asked me to unfold the dollar I handed her . I have never in my life received this type of disrespect in a food establishment . The pizza is good but the service sadly doesn't match . The women at the front who I believe is Eastern European should have no place working in food management to talk to customers like that . I'm really upset to write this but all I hope she gets the correct guidance on how to talk to people with respect .
