This place is OK. They have a consistent menu and options. They are high prices for what they are and charge more for credit card even if taking out.

horrible... long wait for food, didn't get full change back, messed up 2 of 4 orders, water was from sink, bathroom doors were broken, very short staffed, fee for using credit card, empty on a saturday night, not many people eating there, *overall horrible service - place sucked*

When I paid cash for my pepperoni slice and bottled water it came out to a pricy $7. What made me cringe was the gentleman giving me change licked his fingers to count out $3 change. He then continues to handle food behind the counter without washing his hands..... disgusting! I'll never eat at this pizzeria again.

Hi my name is Hasan and I am severely disappointed with the service I received from the lady at the front . I am all the way from Rhode Island and I traveled here with my family and friends because they told how amazing the pizza is . Me and my friend got into a civil disagreement among ourselves and the lady felt the need to intervene and try to lecture us and scream at us for our OWN disagreement . After she tried to embrass me and my friends, I didn't even feel hungry anymore and just wanted a drink . I tried to pay for Coca Cola and the lady at the front told me she's not accepting my payment and asked me to unfold the dollar I handed her . I have never in my life received this type of disrespect in a food establishment . The pizza is good but the service sadly doesn't match . The women at the front who I believe is Eastern European should have no place working in food management to talk to customers like that . I'm really upset to write this but all I hope she gets the correct guidance on how to talk to people with respect .

Food is always good but service can leave something to be desired. Pizza was great. Grumpy counter person but maybe it was just a bad day.

We were in the shopping center, having never been here, we decided to give it a try. First impression, it appeared clean, but a little dated. Split down the middle, pizza counter to the left, and restaurant to the right. As we sat, we were presented with our menus, then a pitcher of water along with a bread basket, which consisted of garlic knots and a garlic bread stick that was garnished with onions and red tomatoes - excellent!! Included with dinner, my husband had the house salad that was very basic. I had the pasta fagioli, which was bland and disappointing. We ordered Baked Clams for an appetizer, and they were amazing!!! A nice, crisp, bread crumb mixture on top, there was a whole clam with nice sized clam pieces underneath. They sat on a bed of creamy, bread-dipping worthy sauce. My husband ordered the parmagiana combination, Veal, chicken, Meatball and sausage. He enjoyed it and really liked the Meatball. I had the Pollo Mediterranean, which was chicken cutlets topped with sautéed Zucchini and eggplant with melted mozzarella. It was very good, however, the cutlets were not breaded, so that was disappointing. There was only 1 server for about 6 tables, who was also bussing, and he gave great service to all tables from my observation. We enjoyed our overall experience.

Updated 12/23/23: we moved away 6.5 years ago and came back to this restaurant on this year's trip to see family. What a change. Food quality has gone down hill with a marinara sauce that has zero flavor. They now charge more to pay with a credit card and now charge for drink refills, but don't tell you that until the bill comes. Very disappointing.

Solid traditional pie cooked well done as requested. Slightly grumpy counter service but no issues

Grandma slices. Sauce was very salty. Crust was hard and undercooked. We all have stomach aches.
