Zero stars since when can u not switch fries for onion rings been to plenty on Bks on the island. Never an issue. Accept here i guess.

Mrs. Maureen was extremely helpful in going the extra mile to separate hot nuggets that just came out the fryer for my little ones, she asked questions that were important when you have little ones and your exhausted, great atmosphere, very inviting and clean...i would recommend

Over charged me for my meal like crazy. I ordered a whopper jr duo deal which is supposed to be $5 for any two variations of Whopper Juniors. I added a fry and a drink and somehow my total came out to $15.64. I only got the 2 burgers and a medium fry and drink. then they stood there and tried to embarrass me in front of other customers saying that I was wrong and I absolutely was not. The girl who took my order clearly did not understand what I was saying, and did not ring my meal up properly. I was charged $6 two separate times for a Duo deal and then they still charged me for the cheese and bacon on both Whopper jrs and didn't charge me for the drink or fries at all. So I paid for two Whopper Jr duos when I should have only paid for one plus a fry and a drink

Worst whopper meal i ever had. To start with the fries cold. Not edible. The whopper meat not cooked all the way the bun just fell apart. The lettuce has the hard white pieces from the core, hard to bite that's why I looked and saw a bunch of it. I asked for the burger to be cooked extra because last time it was pink. I asked the girl 2x. Well it was pink. So either she didn't tell the ones preparing it or the ones preparing it didn't care to listen. I'm done
