Yesterday I went to this cafe and I was ordering Karak Chai , Kashmir Tea and rest of the food but when I start order with Karak chai and she refused to take order because she told me O we just done the cleaning and even we did mop also . She said we can make tea but we just clean the kitchen so that’s why she don’t want to take order ,she was admitting that we know closing time is 12 but we just did clean everything and I was there 10:55pm I drove 25 min drive for this cafe she ruined my time .
If you don’t want to serve the customers what they want then please change your closing time or mention after this item will not serve so other people don’t have to waste their time to go this cafe . I would suggest the owner to give them advice and training their employees how to run cafe and not to say customers we can’t make it because “we just clean the kitchen”.

I’m very disappointed with this restaurant. Almost everything we tried to order was unavailable. The server kept coming back telling us they were out of one item after another. We ended up settling for something we didn’t really want, and it was not worth the money at all.
Terrible experience — definitely not worth going there. Save your time and money and choose another place.

I went there first time with my friends food was good but service was really bad!! the guy served us food on a wood try which was nice but when I ask him for some plates or bowl he said we don’t have any how can you eat from a serving dish food was falling on the table when we were eating because they didn’t give us anything I’m not going there again no wonder the place were empty because their service is really bad and only one guy was working and running around like a dog and giving bad service because he was alone and there was no music or anything fun very boring place and there were no kids chair for toddlers we had a very hard time eating with a toddler holding her in the lap.

I never write a review for place!! But I have to for this place! The way this place presents itself on social media is absolutely not how the place is. I went here with my parents last Sunday. We have been looking forward to going here for awhile now because the place looks amazing and they have so many events here. I was stunned how small and messy the place was. Signs behind the register was all crooked, tables the stain/paint was peeling off. The worst part was the girl at the register didn’t even know what falooda was. She had never heard of it! How could you work at the Pakistani cafe and not know what that is. She looked at us dumbfounded. She went to the back and tried to find out from someone who knew how to make it only to wait over 10 min and for her to come back to tell us they don’t have it !!! Like what?!?!!!!! The worst part was my parents decided to then get ice cream. My mom’s mango was overflowing and my dad’s pistachio had barely enough!! She literally threw the cups of ice cream on the table and left the cafe !! Like no where to be found !! Worst service and food!! You will be disappointed if you go there!!
This is a Local Cafe that has never let us down. Prices are moderate and service is sufficient. Owners are usually hands on and very active in ensuring the stay/food is good. Anum and Tarun took care of us and make the customer feel valued. My kids love the shakes and ice cream!

This is the 3rd time, they messed up my ordered. I should have learned my lesson by now, but I don’t know why I ordered there again. Maybe because their food is good!
My first experience was beyond my expectations, and I thought it would be just another South Asian cafe. The Pakistani lady, who works there (assuming she’s the owner) was so kind and showed great hospitality.
Second experience, order on Uber Eats as I had a guest coming. The missed a whole item to deliver. (The sandwich on the right side of the picture)
Third experience, I take my family and my wife asked for a pistachio hot chocolate. The girl says we don’t have no such thing (while it’s on the menu and on Uber Eats). Clearly lying, then my wife says I see it on the menu, check with your manager. She says sure, then tell us we don’t have the syrup. CLEARLY lies again!
Fourth, order a bunch of stuff and the same hot chocolate, and they didn’t give it to the Uber Eats driver, given that I live close by I went to the store as my wife was craving the hot chocolate. They apologize and make my hot chocolate.
Fifth, didn’t give the hot chocolate and missing fries that always comes with the sandwich.
ALSO THEIR PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK!!!
