One of the most overpriced low quality places I have ever been to. Prices are outrageous for the quality of food you're getting. You're better off going hungry.
I had a procedure done there on 7/21/2020. I can't say enough good about everyone I had come in contact with from the time I entered the hospital, until I was discharged. What a wonderful staff, and I really appreciate everyone of them.
Caring , personable , no parking fees , emergency area is great
They have the best nurses and doctor and cutie one and they have the best food ever I love them so much
Great job by the ER department taking care of my wife. Dr. Bozek and Nurse Susan M. were over the top in making her feel comfortable during her visit. Thank you! Please share our thanks for their work, our warm wishes for their safety and continued care of others, and our interest with the administrative folks to recognize these 2 special people somehow.
The staff is horrible. Rude and offensive. The front desk left me standing there and answered phone call after phone without even acknowledging my or any one else’s presence. The valets are absolutely useless. Two of them hung out inside the doorway while cars lined up in the rain waiting for help. A woman who claimed to be an administrator starting yelling at elderly people to move their cars, when all they were doing was waiting for the valets. Ridiculously inept.
We have been in the er room for over 5 hours and the last two are waiting to find out from neurological if my wife can be released to see our child who was also in the accident with her. The er staff are waiting for a call from neurologist. I called the neurology department and was hung up on. Called hospital again transferred again and phone rings. I wanted to go to Huntington hospital but ambulance said it was here. I have no doubt in my mind that this place deserves the two stars it has as a rating at this point I feel two stars is too many. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
I had hernia repair surgery done yesterday, it was my first surgery since I was an infant. The staff, nurses, and doctors helped put me at ease and were very helpful and friendly all the way through. Thank you to everyone in ASU, OR holding, the doctors and nurses in the OR, and everyone in the recovery unit!

June 14, 2019 my Mother fell out of bed and went right to the Emergency Dept. She was assessed twice by Doctors but her broken hip was not discovered until 2 days later. Negligent hospital. AVOID!
Used the ER twice with good results. Also use Hematologists and infusion center the folks are super friendly.
Spent three days there this past week & I was impressed with the doctors, nurses. Aides & maintenance people. Everyone greeted me, warmly, whenever they saw me. They quickly said hello, good morning & how are you today. They were professional, courteous & knowledgeable. The last time I was in a hospital was at St. John's, Smithtown when I had my son, born in 1976. Being in the hospital is stressful. Thank you to everyone for making my stay such s positive one. The best nurses in the Outpatient! They did everything to help my grandson. Can't say enough their kindness and they went above and beyond to help. Thank you ladies !!
I received prompt, polite care from ALL staff I was in contact with in the ER. The ER needs to be expanded; their examining rooms are two patients per section instead of one. I was seen by doctors, nurses, Xray techs, respiratory tech, pharmacists, etc. All caring. It took a few hours for a bed to become available upstairs. Once upstairs in my room, I met my nurse and care team quickly. Jenn, Brian, Lucille, Shavone Ryan and Meghan were all caring and responded to every call button push promptly. I was in room 242 from 4/7 to 4/8.
