Milkshakes always watery (stop saving money by using little ice cream) all I tasted was milk and even after calling and telling them to make it thicker, and then when you call to complain they tell you it isn’t their fault. Horrible experience every single time. Nope to self never to order from them.

My new go to carvel! Sweetest girls behind the counter and they were also very helpful. Had the top quality ice cream ive come to expect from carvel. Floors were so clean i could’ve probably ate off them lol!

I’m dasher door. I should pick up delivery about 7:42 pm, but was late about 8:05 pm. I was waiting for 20 minutes inside. I lost my work time. Horrible service this store!!!

Horrible service there were 2 girls working at night and was waiting for 30+ minutes. They were hanging around in the back and fooling around between customers. One girl started bleeding and proceeded to help customers. They were very rude.
