Got it tonight and man it was bad, so bad we threw it away and had to order from a new place. They legit do not care about their product at this store. Pizza was nasty, the “Philly steak” is a joke….
3 pizzas and all 3 under cooked

Gross and dirty. Every time you go in the workers never have gloves on while preparing the food! It’s so gross! I’ve stood in there and have seen them wipe their hands on their dirty pants or apron, touching the counters, handling money etc.. and then continue preparing food. And on more than one occasion. Freaking nasty!

Always a good go to when we dont feel like spending 200 dollars on 2 pies these days. 5.99 meal deals are the best. 2wice a month we will so dominoes. Im a sucker for the Hawaiian style pizza. Kids love the pepperoni and garlic parm bites. Fast and easy pickup. Would recommend for something quick and easy.

Took forever for the food to get to my house & by the time the food arrived obviously it wasn’t good.
What really set me off is the heavy set delivery driver parking in my driveway. Is that what they teach you in the dominos academy?
Very friendly staff and they never have made a mistake with my order. I go about twice a month for last 3-4 years.

I made an order at 11.30 pm to my work place. I wrote special instructions since this happened before. I said “deliver to main door, if the doors are not opening call me”. I saw notification saying that my driver Daniel is pulling in. So I went to the door. I waited 5-6 mins. Than my notification changed to complete. I called the store. The person said he delivered my pizza to the nurse with blue uniform in the main lobby. I said I am by the main entrance lobby, we have no nurse with blue uniform (dress code) also I have been waiting here, nobody came. He said than someone stole my pizza and that is not something he can help but to cancel the order. While we are talking, I went to the back of the units (since it is happened before). I said your employee is lying because he left the pizza in the back part of the building where there is a sign you cannot enter without a badge. He left it on the cold concrete. I have to go out, get my car, drove around just to get a fresh cold pizza. When I said he is lying, he said “ma’am it is 12 o’clock “ . I can tolerate mistakes but I cannot tolerate ignorance and disrespect…

I dont usually order at Domino's, but after seeing the new pepperoni stuffed cheese bread advertised on both my tablet and TV, I was desiring it. So I stopped at this Dominos in Smithtown and ordered it. The employees were nice and even brought it out to my car so I wouldnt have to stand inside. When I got home and opened the box, the pizza was big in size, but horrible. It was undercooked and flowing with cheese, if I'm lucky I only got about 4 slices of very thinly cut peppernoi inside. If you like cheese or your bread undercooked like this, you may enjoy it. I didnt like it and asked myself ," Where's the Pepperoni?", It's supposed to be pepperoni stuffed. Was this store low on pepperoni or running low in stock? Never again. I did not enjoy it.
