Pretty disappointed about our experience. We ordered a heart shaped pizza for our children. My wife picked it up and it wasn't heart shaped. Usually not a big deal but when you promise your kids something and then they find out it wasn't done, as parents you feel sad when they get upset. We called Don Jono and they said they can do it but for an extra $10. Are you kidding me??? Being a fellow business owner, That is horrible customer service. We ordered from door dash and after striking out with many Italian places, this was some good stuff. will definitely be ordering again!
