we went around 7pm last night and got the new chai latte. the workers were not paying attention to us and only flirting and playing around with each other. we got our drinks and they were made very poorly. the cups were full of ice and too sweet. we did NOT get what we payed for

It appears this location is under new management. The service especially the drive through experiences such slow service. Always a back up every time I try to pull up in the morning. The line is way too long for it to be worth waiting for. This is a sought out location so I hope this DD figures it out to expedite orders or hire staff that can manage the morning rush.

This is probably one of the worst Dunkin’s around. We went after dinner on a Friday evening for donuts and ice cream. They had only FOUR flavors of ice cream and a few flavors of sherbet- I guess the 31 flavors is a thing of the past - CHANGE YOUR LOGO, lol!!! I mean, how do you run out of chocolate and vanilla ice cream?? Astonishing! Donut selection was pathetic - again only a few stale choices. Need better management and maybe pay your employees better so you get people who actually care, and take some pride in what they are serving up.

The iced latte from this Dunkin’ on Long Island, NY, was what I expected in a warm sunny spring morning: chilled, silky and with a bold coffee kick. The amazing staff, with their warm smiles and lightning-fast service, made my morning unforgettable. A true gem. They have drive in.

I get Dunkin’ every single morning before work. Very loyal customer to Dunkin but after today’s interaction I wouldn’t return back to this Dunkin. I always order my coffee with a small cup of ice on the side. I never have an issue at any other location, but today I was told I would have to pay for ICE? My coffee is already $6. Just go down the block, the customer service is so much better.

Today I ordered the loaded hash browns and a raspberry watermelon refresher. I was severely dissapointed. The hasbrowns were cold, the bacon was hard as a rock, there was a dot of cheese sauce. The staff was rude at the window, and the drink was way too sweet. I would highly recommend going anywhere else but there. Not the first time I’ve had this experience.
