What a joke of a place. Should close as they have zero service, can’t cook tater tots properly and they are literally done in an oven made for morons as it is preset. Still messed it up. The staff are mostly young, unprofessional, with a bizarre manager who seems to take pride in being incompetent. My office will no longer deal with this location ever again.

Have had multiple friends who’s children have worked at this store the last few years and all say the same- management is crazy, and unfair. I had only been to this store a few times as it is out of the way from my house, but two days ago I found myself here on the way to a friend’s house for brunch. I stopped to pick up some donuts and munchkins as well as some coffee and was fine with what i was given. It was the scene set in this store and the atmosphere that set me out to write this. The manager (or who I assume to be- blonde woman dressed differently than the other workers) was screaming at employees and complaining about them to the other customers. It was appalling to listen to her speak, it ripped my heart out for these poor girls who couldn’t have been any older than 18. She was calling them the R slur and stupid. They all looked miserable and upset. I get that this is a minimum wage establishment oftentimes run by younger people, but if that was my child having to endure being yelled at the way I heard those kids get yelled at, I would hope someone would do something about it. I hope that whomever is above this woman sees this and does something…do better Dunkin’, do better.

The girl at the drive through was so rude!!! I said good morning she looked at me gave me a dirty look didn’t say hello or good morning absolutely nothing!!!! I said thank you she turned her head .. I’ll never go back .. my order was so simple plain black coffee nothing else , I can’t figure out why she was so mean!!!!

Absolute WORST experience. Sat in the drive thru almost 15 minutes while i got no help or response and listened to girls giggling. I had to reverse out of the drive thru to leave. These people should be ashamed to run a business like this.

Great Dunkin location in a great center. I wasn't scheduled for work today and learned that Dunkin sells Apple Fritters so I decided to come here and get some schoolwork done with some breakfast. Workers are great. Place is clean and I like how they renovated the place so now it is on tap and has plenty of chargers and also wireless chargers on the tables built-in. Right by Ciro's Pizza and Chick-fil-A this is another great Dunkin. 10/10 on the Apple Fritter from Dunkin it's delicious and not too sweet like other places. Just right.
