Absolute WORST experience. Sat in the drive thru almost 15 minutes while i got no help or response and listened to girls giggling. I had to reverse out of the drive thru to leave. These people should be ashamed to run a business like this.

Great Dunkin location in a great center. I wasn't scheduled for work today and learned that Dunkin sells Apple Fritters so I decided to come here and get some schoolwork done with some breakfast. Workers are great. Place is clean and I like how they renovated the place so now it is on tap and has plenty of chargers and also wireless chargers on the tables built-in. Right by Ciro's Pizza and Chick-fil-A this is another great Dunkin. 10/10 on the Apple Fritter from Dunkin it's delicious and not too sweet like other places. Just right.

Worst ever! I asked the young man at the window to mix my coffee soThe syrup wasn’t at the bottom and he ROLLED his eyes … and then when I called they said manager was out for two weeks on medical leave refused to give me the name of the employee or the store number… and then the kid got on the phone and said what you trying to do make me loose my job??????? THEN HUNG UP! Will be going to corporate

Fat girl with black hair is nasty and has no idea what she’s doing. Sick of this location messing up orders every time I come here. Get better employees or fire that one at least. Even friends have said she’s nasty and can’t make orders right.

This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been too. They don’t know how to operate their drive through. They make you pull around to the back door no matter what time of day because they can’t move quick enough to get their orders out. It’s absolutely pitiful.

Yuck, iced coffee was washed out no flavor, drink wasn’t ready on time. Staff was just talking to each other. Pass this one up and go to another one! Might stop by here for an emergency coffee in the morning, but that’s as far as it go! Stop by Rocky point on Saturday and got a good coffee, lots of Dunkins on the island :-)On Edit, Good news, there’s a Chick Filet in the parking lot, better ice coffee drink, different but consistent

slow service and awful attitude . They ignore walk ins for the drive through but screw up every drive through order. Option 1 wait 20 minutes or option 2 get every thing wrong

$10.. Where's the rest???!!? "Assortment" apparently doesn't include jelly, powdered or cinnamon.. guess you have to SPECIFICALLY state what flavors you want. Smh the place was empty so no excuse but then again it's always an issue with this location. Only recommendation they get from me is.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
Everything about this location is just wrong and it’s 100% due to management. I live within 2 min walking distance & drive an extra 2 miles to get my D&D. Will not shop here. Management should take a short walk over to Chick-Fil-A and beg for a lesson on customer service and quality assurance.

BUG FOUND IN MY DRINK! This location has messed up multiple food orders for me and I've let it slide because it is a convenient location but I will now not be returning. THIS IS DISGUSTING! When I finally noticed something in my drink I prayed it was a coffee bean but of course it wasn't. Check your drinks before you drive and drink it

Unfortunately the employees here do not know how to help customers to use the app. Instead of making sure that the coupon has gone through correctly, they charged us full price for a drink that was supposed to be free. They then did not apologize or try to remedy the situation. Additionally they only had chocolate glazed munchkins. Very disappointed in this Dunkin location.
