I went here two days ago around 7pm. There were two teenagers working the drive thru when we came. We tried their new holiday chai latte and asked for oat milk. Our drinks were full to the brim with ice and we received regular milk. I have a dairy allergy so this was a problem. We waiting for an extremely long time for our two drinks and the workers seemed keen on simply flirting with each other instead of servicing us.

First of all, the staff here keeps on talking to each other and they won’t care that a customer is standing for a while and they should ask what he/ she wants to order. No courtesy at all. You can stand here for an hour and still no one will bother to take your order. Other Dunkin’ Donuts locations are way better than this, it was close by and I was in a rush, so went there and came back after waiting!!

I used to go to this Dunkin’ Donuts a couple of years ago it was very good. Went a few months ago hadn’t been there in a long time . Service was awful. I just stood at the counter no one acknowledged I was there, never said I will be with you shortly. They just care about the drive thru. Not enough people working there. Manager or owner not nice at all when he finally came over. Went back today thought maybe it would be different, It wasn’t my son was with me we just walked out. Never going back. Went to the one on Vets hwy. in Hauppauge much better, nice guy at the register who asked what can I get you, and said thank you.

I was running early to work so i decided to stop and get a chai through the drive through. I ended up being 20 minutes late to work. I saw multiple cars escape the drive through line, but i was kind of trapped in there so I just had to be patient. By the time I finally got to the order screen it took them 5 minutes to take my order. Then I pulled up to the window to pay and it was another ten minutes waiting. During this time I watched as three to four customers tried walking into the dunkin to order at the counter, and they all were ignored and left before even being greeted.
I understand staffing issues and I could see that the two employees were trying their best. I think I am a patient person but this was really testing me. Hopefully they get some more staff or something and until then, maybe just dont go to this dunkin if youre in a rush.

Double check your order! Especially when going through drive-thru.They tend to get the order wrong or incomplete. And they don’t pick up their phone

Service Service Service !. Not a nice service there - After waiting for them to finish their conversation and decide to serve me without saying anything he just grabbed one of the ice creams scanned and told me the amount I have to pay grab my card charged me gave me my card and left . I ask him if I could have a bag and he gave it to me ,opened and waited for me to put the Ice cream inside the bag . .. I would give him an score of 3 for Trying 😁

You need to make sure that the people you hire can do simple math my bill was $10.99 I handed her a $20 bill she didn’t know what change to give so I said $9.01 numerous times during my time there she had to call the manager over saying it’s $10.99 but she handed me $$20 what do I do the manager had to take at his phone to figure it out all the time I kept saying $9.01 Simple math totally ridiculous
Simple math that my 9 and 10 year old grandchildren figured it out in their heads when asked in seconds. Totally unacceptable for employees not to know simple math
I suggest before you hire anyone they take a simple math test and pass

They were rude especially this guy mark bracco he was reluctant to give the soda even if I paid he rejected to help when I was trying to order . And was rude saying I was looking at him when he was looking at me and things like that also he talked rude about me

Missing multiple things from my online order. Would have just submitted their survey but can't find their required store number anywhere. So public post it is! It was not busy at all, I was the only person there it's not like there was no rush or reason to skip or miss anything.

these people are horrible I went there this morning one person running the whole place took about 20 minutes to take my order then make it I get home and all the food had hair in it I’m absolutely disgusted right now absolutely no respect shown to customers and absolutely a horrible atmosphere
