Smithtown’s restaurant scene can feel like a revolving door sometimes with so many ownership and name changes.

So when a long-standing restaurant is still bringing their A-game with the same owners, a happy, engaged staff and the same great vibe year after year, it’s something special in this village.

With more than 20 years in the same place, Faraday’s slogan says it all, “…when you just want good food.” They're being modest....

This is my spot!!

I have been coming to faradays for years and it never gets old. I call this place the best kept secret in Smithtown. Cozy location, awesome staff, amazing owners and the food is beyond amazing.

This place and the staff really make you feel like you are home.

I had lunch with my sister, brother and my two youngest kids, 11 and 14. Our server, Heather, was fantastic. The food was really tasty, I can't recall what everyone had bc we ate there a month ago but I wanted to write about my visit bc our server was just amazing. My daughter left her a message on a napkin. They are dog friendly too!
