I took a week to reflect but overall my guest and myself agree the party was horrible. One of the hostess was rude to the kids all between ages 2-5. She was rude to more than one. I wasn’t made aware until family members and a friend told me the next day. The party lasted maybe 45 min start to finish. They rushed us and only “danced/ played” for about 20 min before pizza. They didn’t play any games they told me about. She said they had a parachute and fun activities and they didn’t utilize any of them. It was not worth the money. They didn’t engage the kids at all. I’m literally spending more money to throw another real party for my child because this one was so bad and not worth the $500+ it cost when all said and done. I guess they just all wanted to go home because it was the last party of the day but I feel ripped off. All of the parents there felt bad saying anything but said they felt like the staff was pushing for the party to be over. I was the last to leave and realized by the time I packed the kids in the car and left the party ended so early.

Had my niece's 10th birthday party. It was so much fun. The staff was so good with the kids, playing games,making slime, doing dance,and other fun games. Then into a second room that's decorated like an old fashion ice cream parlor, only everything is shrunk for kids size. The staff then let's the kids make their own Sunday.

We had our daughter's 6th birthday party here in May. Everything was wonderful! The staff was helpful and coordinated everything for us and the kids. It was a smooth process and a great party for kids to enjoy. Definitely recommend checking it out as a birthday party place for your little ones. Thanks again Ice Cream Party Shoppe!

Just had my son’s 6th birthday there and I can’t say enough good things about it. The two girls were wonderful and everything was great. Awesome place, awesome party, and awesome service. Thank you very much guys!!

We went for a 4 year olds birthday and it was perfect! The staff were so amazing and sweet with the littles!

Most organized birthday party ever! It’s not my first rodeo with kid’s birthday party places and I can truly say that The Ice Cream Party Shoppe was one of the absolute most fun and organized parties we’ve had. Great staff, clean place, and the kids absolutely loved every minute of it! Highly recommend!

We had our daughter’s 3rd birthday here this past weekend. The party was flawless and stress free. Alicia was so accommodating from the moment I inquired up until the very end of our party. We did not feel rushed, the place was so clean, the staff were wonderful and put up our decorations for us! Five stars!

Great place to have a party! Literally just left my 6 year olds party. The staff were great, party moved along very well, all the kids had a blast! Definitely need check it out!

Came for a birthday party and it was timed perfectly. Kids all had so much fun dancing and playing games. They had pizza and of course enjoyed making their own Sundaes. Fun and cute place with reasonable prices!

It was ok. No Frozen them at all, no papergoods as advertised. They did not put out adult pizza but handed us a whole pizza after the party that was cut in child slices. Seemed like it was going to be reused if we said no thank you. It was extremly overpriced and the two young ladies lacked any interpersonal or party enthusasim skills. There was no one to greet parents or help with kids at the beginning leaving them running around. The girls working grabbed presents of first two guests with out asking and put into clear garbage bag. Then went in back room and did not take the rest of presents or host. I had to knock on the door to tell them to please come out. They did not host the end either the group photo was taken at the end after kids put coats on. The 2 girls stayed in the back room and i had to knock to get them to start the party and they did not say when it was over. It seemed very forced for them to be friendly with kids and they spoke to noone. A child fell they did not offer him ice or seem to care. One girl said to put back a ice cream on the tray we payed for because they would be using the opened icecream on the tray for the next party and tried to charge for a icecream we already payed for. I did catch a cold after the party. They used a fake cake, I had to tell the kids it was a magic cake to just make a wish and no decorations or things out. I would have brought if I had known. This place advertised for frozen theme that was included. The theme was non existant. Very overpriced for basics. No olof on olof cupcake. Kids made the best of it but would not recommend.

Great place for a party the staff was great

We booked the Frozen theme for our child's 4th birthday party this past weekend and she loved it. From start to finish, her and her guests had a great time. Parents were happy, kids were even happier - smiling faces all around. There was always something for the kids to do which kept them engaged and always thinking. All in, prices were extremely fair and affordable. Highly recommended!

Creatively designed little 50s/60s shop set up for little birthday parties. With kids getting a chance to dance and make their own ice-cream designs.
