Overall score: 3 stars. Food gets 5 stars. But this is a coffee and breakfast joint, I don't want to calculate tips at 7 in the morning, this is not a full service restaurant. They need to change this from a tipped restaurant to a fixed price.
First time for my wife and I this afternoon, and we both LOVED Javier’s!
She had chicken salad sandwich on toasted rye and I had grilled chicken sandwich with avocado, spinach and tomato on toasted rye.
Excellent choices, and their potato salad and Cole slaw were also delicious.
Chris was our server, and he was also friendly and attentive.
We found our “new place”!!

Javier's is a cozy, casual breakfast/ brunch spot. The service is terrific, and the menu offers a great selection of sweet and savory choices. Go hungry or be prepared to bring some home. I suggest getting there early for breakfast as it fills up quickly.
