Always gets worse, not sure why I kept giving them a chance. Can’t even get a simple order right, won’t be coming back.To the owner: just shut down. Nobody enjoys this place anymore. Food is trash, your staff is terrible, and you can’t even get a single item order correct. Stop stealing money from people.

Won't be going back. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. One sandwich bacon was cooked to the point of feeling like I was biting into rocks. The second sandwich bacon was undercooked. Complete waste of my money.

I just ordered a bacon and egg sandwich on a roll and it was GREAT! This is a excellent bagel store! Kat and the chefs are great employees and they never disappoint when making my breakfast!

Overpriced BEC compared to others in the area. It also doesn’t come with a coffee and when asked why, he said “it’s too expensive”. Is it too expensive or are you just cheap and want to get more money to offset your slowly depreciating customer base?
Consistently getting door dash orders wrong. Every time. It’s getting comical. Go elsewhere to get a correct order.

Started out a pretty decent place. Now they always seem to get your order wrong, the online app doesn't have most of what they have, and to make matters worse their ac seems to always be broken so it's not a fun place to be during a hot summer day

I enjoy the food and the staff is nice. Unfortunately I am only giving 3 stars because EVERY time I order from them via Grub Hub it does not take the "50-60" minutes stated on the site to get my order. Today I put my order in at 7:03am and got the email that it would be delivered by 8:03. Now I got an update saying that my order should arrive by 8:56 am. That is almost 2hrs later. I would blame Grub Hub but it seems even if I order items from an area further away I still get it on time. If it is the fault of Grub Hub drivers then maybe Mannino's needs to change the platform they use and get rid of Grub Hub or at least complain to Grub Hub since they are the business using them. It is a shame that I enjoy their food but when my work day starts at 6:30am and I will pre order for delivery at 7:30am or order at 7am I still don't get my food until 9am or later it leaves me frustrated and angry vowing I will never order from them again. I am constantly getting coupons for late deliveries but there is no way for me to contact Grub Hub that I know of.

Went in here for the first time today after passing it by 1000 times. Even my son said, "Wow Mom. What a clean and friendly bagel shop this is." He couldn't have said it better. The shop is clean, staff is super friendly, and the bagels are huge! Definitely making this our regular weekend stop.

Never ever again! Horrible experience there this morning. Placed an online order, I called to speak to someone regarding the order. He was so rude and short. Their website states curbside pick up and when I inquired about this he said “ We don’t go outside!” When I arrived, they had no account of my order so I had to wait. The man I spoke to was just as rude in person…. to myself and the other patrons. When I got home, my order was all wrong. If the owner reads these reviews, my suggestion is that you fire your front end guy with the tattoo on his neck…. It is because of his rudest that I, nor anyone I know, will ever step foot into Mannino’s!
