Absolutely horrible customer service. We walked in and ordered drinks. I ordered a water and a Diet Coke. My boyfriend had a dirty glass. The waitress never came back to take our order. My drink sat on the bar for over 10 minutes while our waitress refilled other tables and took new orders. I had to get up and ask for my drink. Another 20 minutes go by and we’re waiting to order. No one came over until I called the manager over to do so. We ordered an avocado tomato salad, and chile poblano. Neither of these things take over 45 minutes to make. All the while we’re waiting for food, our waitress brings a plate of food out to eat with the other staff. We were almost an hour waiting to be served. We ended up walking out. Then we see the manager sitting on the bench outside on the phone laughing. Just seems like no one cared. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated that I had this experience here.

The prices have gotten much more expensive and the quality of food has decreased. The only thing which tastes good was the chicken fajita. We left all the other food and literally left the restaurant hungry. It’s not worth going to this restaurant. I forgot to mention the churros!!! They took 1 churro and cut it up into small pieces and charge $20. I don’t understand how they can stay in business

Purposely booked a birthday dinner here and when booked over phone days in advance they told me we would have live mariachi(reason I booked) at the time of the dinner they said they weren’t told to have mariachi. First and last time. Manager Brian rude as well
