I ordered 2 pizzas, chicken marsala, eggplant Parmesan, sald and garlic knots. They forgot the salad, I assumed it was in the bag, since I was charged for it, one of the pizzas was burnt and had bubbles, also I got eggplant rollatini.

Went to get a quick bite to eat and saw a sign that read no public restroom on the front door. Makes sense since they may have an issue with non-paying customers. I entered, saw customers sitting at tables eating and told the lady at the counter that I just needed to wash my hands, then I would be getting a slice. She told me there was no bathroom. I replied, no bathroom, no slice and she loudly said have a good day! If a restaurant has seating for customers, they better offer a bathroom. This is bad business. I live locally, and have only done take-out orders at this establishment, however I will never patronize this place again!

Never in my life have i been treated so poorly by any establishment. I have had nothing but great experiences in the past, but there is one specific counter man that is so incredibly rude, unhelpful, and down right impossible to deal with. Pizza can be found anywhere, but customer service apparently only a few have.
What’s sad is the response i received back in regards to my original review. Being called “papi” and told to take my business elsewhere isn’t indicative of great customer service. Not only that but accusing me of using foul language when i didn’t is a laughable and hypocritical response. When visiting this establishment make sure you deal with the girls at the front, great service unlike everyone else and apparently the owner. Very sad practices here

We ordered a 3 foot chicken cutlet hero with mozzarella and roasted peppers and a variety of smaller heroes for delivery this past weekend. The delivery driver was pleasant, and everything arrived on time and hot. All of the food was delicious! Everyone loved the basil balsamic dressing for the chicken hero! We will definitely order from them again!
