We called in a take out order yesterday at 6:05 and was told your food will be ready at 6:30. My Wife gets there at 6:45. Every 10 minutes she’s told by the staff that “they’re making it now and it will be out in a few minutes”. Long story short, the food wasn’t ready until 7:45. Am I supposed to believe that this restaurant didn’t know that it couldn’t meet a 25 minute deadline when it took this order? And on Father’s Day no less? I’m quite sure they knew, they just decided to selfishly fatten their pockets and ruin our family’s dinner rather than be honest, upfront and forthright. Perhaps even worse, is that the food was horribly over salted and inedible. They didn’t even have the decency to throw in a churro or an app as consolation for stealing more than an hour of my spouse’s time (not that I would have been able to swallow it). In my opinion, this place should be avoided like the plague.

my entire family went for father’s day, we went based on the many good reviews but we were disappointed with the food. our food was diverse, from steak, to pork, tacos and even seafood. and no one enjoyed their plate. definitely not worth it for the price. it seemed cheap, had no flavor. the atmosphere and service were great. just wished food was better.

Food was great. I had a shrimp bowl that was so so good. They made it for me in a tortilla bowl. Service great. Very accommodating .

Hidden gem of Smithtown. Good drinks amazing food. If quiet and dim lighting is your type of place head here. Will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere, very quaint. Staff are friendly and pleasant. The food is good. I love their beef sizzling beef fajitas.

4 of us went and no one liked their food. I ordered Enchiladas and the ground meat tasted like it was washed in a disinfectant. The chicken was rubbery. Rice has a weird flavor. There was stale taco chip in the basket that I had to spit out it was so bad. My wife had a vegetable taco and a guac taco and said not good. How do you screw that up? Service was good and they brought us shots after which was nice. I wanted to like this place and based on the reviews was looking forward to it. I just think they use low quality ingredients.

Hidden gem, big food portions! Don't overlook this little place it's one of my favorites on the island I'm a vegetarian and they have plenty of options for me. don't underestimate their drinks they do NOT skimp out on alcohol! Salute! ?

Good food, good service. Coffee machine was broken and they close early

I usually get their sopa de ajo casera (homemade garlic soup). It is amazing, like no place else I've tried. And cheese enchiladas, excellent. (Here and Panchita Grill in Deer Park.) (Their third location, in the next county, closed circa 2008.)
