When you ask employee if they’re warm and they’re not even room temperature, that’s not warm. As the woman’s selling them for $6 a cup says “yes they’re warm”. They’re dry and room temperature. Very disappointed I wouldn’t even pay two dollars for them.

they have an amazing worker in there. Picked up a party tray Friday the 21st she asked if it was for a party. I said no my grandma had just passed away and family was in from out of state/country so i offered to bring pretzels. I said we would have celebrated her 91st birthday today and she said you know everyone on their birthday gets a free pretzel. She said for this particular pretzel why not everyone take a little piece so it’s like she’s there celebrating with you. That worker without knowing how much I’ve been hurting made me smile and feel a little lighter. thank you for making a hard time in someones life just a little better by your words and actions great establishment besides food

Went there today with a toogoodtogo order, called and explained I'd be a few minutes late. Not only did the wonderful woman make sure to wait for us, but she gave us something extra for the kids. To say my kids were excited is an understatement. I truly appreciated your kindness and generosity. I wish more people in the world did business with such thoughtfulness. We are customers forever.

I wanted a number 3 for my son’s birthday party. The 3 I had wanted was larger than what the store usually offers, but they made it happen! Everyone from the front counter staff to the manager, were very friendly and accommodating. The pretzel was a hit and it was exactly what I had envisioned! We come to Philly pretzel Factory often because of the delicious pretzels but now I know I have a new option for a fun appetizer whenever we have an event!

Had a very pleasant experience yesterday. I called the night prior for a reasonably big order. Because I needed it for a local town pool. For the lifeguards and crew. Because weather was iffy, the morning of pickup, I didn't want to charge it, for fear, it was raining that morning. Figured, I would go extra early that morning,( weather was ok). And , my order was almost done. They were preparing my order, no $ down. Excellent , customer service. ? ty, gave the kids $5 tip. Pretzels and the cinnamon things were fantastic. And the lifeguards n crew were very happy. Thank you.

The pretzels here are fresh and delicious! The last batch I got was nice and hot, right out of the oven! I love to get the regular pretzels and dip them in a combination of the icing and cinnamon dips. SOOO yummy! I also enjoy the cinnamon shakers, and my kids love the frozen lemonade. The owners, Craig and Christine, are incredibly warm, attentive and personable! They are two of the kindest people I have ever met. You can tell the entire staff holds excellent customer service in high regard. Even the younger employees have such good manners, which is a refreshing thing to see nowadays. I cannot say enough about how much I love this business! If you haven’t tried the pretzels here yet, what are you waiting for? GO NOW! :)
