I’ve gotten many catering orders here and the pretzels are always delicious and ready right on time. Today I picked up a 4th of July order and they were so busy with orders but the staff handled it beautifully! The young people working there were so professional and friendly. They were so on top of all of the others and did a great job. This business has great pretzels and great service!

Anyone who leaves a negative review is bugging. They were warm and delicious, would absolutely recommend! Philly Pretzels is the only way to go! Kind of chilly out though ❤️🥨

they have an amazing worker in there. Picked up a party tray Friday the 21st she asked if it was for a party. I said no my grandma had just passed away and family was in from out of state/country so i offered to bring pretzels. I said we would have celebrated her 91st birthday today and she said you know everyone on their birthday gets a free pretzel. She said for this particular pretzel why not everyone take a little piece so it’s like she’s there celebrating with you. That...
