I was recently craving ramen on a chilly day and decided to give Rakki Ramen another try after a few past visits that didn’t quite hit the mark, and I’m so glad I did! This time, everything was absolutely delicious. I had the Spicy Miso Ramen with pork and shrimp, along with a side of their Marinated Cucumbers, all perfectly seasoned and flavorful. The ambiance was cozy, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Definitely give them a try if you’re craving a comforting bowl of ramen!

Been going here for a while .Good food, consistent good noodles and other dishes. Service is very slow and never seems like there is any urgency for any customer. Even pick up is always delayed and errors on orders etc. Your a good establishment just get the service in order

I’ve been here many times now, it’s one of my favorites to go to on the weekend or afterschool. The food is delicious no matter what you get, but my favorite has to be the chicken katsu curry with an order of gyoza for an appetizer. The staff are so nice; always polite and bring you water often, and quickly bring the food out too. The only thing I’d say is the building itself can’t hold too many people, and sometimes the music can be really loud with ads which ruins the experience a little bit. Last time I was there I waited a really long time for the check, but that usually never happens. Their packaging for takeout is also super good and keeps the food really hot! Overall, I always love coming here.

This was so delicious and service was amazing, including the server robot. Everything was authentic and homemade including the soy sauce. Try the mango crepe cake! 10/10.
The food was good, although I think the shrimp was overcooked. I am not a fan of putting my order through an iPad. The ice tea was actually really nice.

Everything on the menu is just delicious. A lot of variety from Noodles, Rice, Veggies, Seafood, and Appetizers. The mechanized server will always be a novel and welcome experience as well. Drinks also vary as well from the sweet Boba Milk Teas, to the best beer that Japan has to offer, Asahi. Overall a good experience for the palate.
