Minimalist decor- very clean and inviting. Staff here are super friendly and helpful. We had mango saki-tinis that were refreshing. Also preferred various appetizers- recommend the bao buns and calamari. Ramen was delicious. Food was brought to the table via robot cat cart- very cute concept. Highly recommend- we will definitely be back

The service was phenomenal. The fried appetizers weren't that crunchy, but they tasted good. For my taste, the ramen lacked the depth of flavor I seek. Still worth going to for the little robot that goes from table to table.

Not sure what's happening with this place but it's a shadow of it's former self. Lukewarm ramen, cold appetizers slow slow service with the nerve to require a 3% card service fee....then a tip. I won't be returning here again. It's sad it was my favorite ramen shop on the island.

Cool ambience with animated drawings. They also had tvs with fun tv shows to watch while eating. The robot waitress was cool.Parking: It was easy to find a spot close to the restaurant door.Kid-friendliness: It’s fine for kids to eat here but their menu was not what my daughter likes to eat normally.Wheelchair accessibility: If you are in a wheelchair you are able to get in and out of the restaurant easily even though the tables are close together.
Had the Pork Gyoza as an app. Then Tonkotsu Ramen..wife had the vegetable Ramen. Both were great. I added extra pork and asked for special hot oil. Great meal and service was good when humans were interacting with us. The robo-waiter did good also!
Great unique little spot. The beef ramen with crunchy mushrooms was delicious!! So happy to have stumbled across this wonderful place!Parking: Easy parking with lots of spots in a lot right outside the restaurant.

How do you say delicious in Japanese? My second time coming here and everything is fantastic. Started off with gyoza appetizer. It was so delicious that we got a second order. Had the tonkatsu udon - amazing. Finished off with green tea mochi - perfect.The staff is welcoming and always greets you with a smile and friendliness. The robot delivering your food is very cute and is different. The restaurant itself is very cozy and welcoming. I love coming here and would love to eat here once a week, but don't want to spoil the specialness (a new word!) of when we come here.

Unbeatable in every aspect. Great food, service, and atmosphere lend themselves to a notable ramen spot not just in Smithtown but within Suffolk County as well. I've gone out of my way to go here when I felt like getting authentic ramen. There are also other options such as Takoyaki which is delicious and other things. Price isn't bad either but may put off those on a budget. Overall great
The restaurant is cute but the ramen is so tasteless. I heard they used to be really good some time ago and went with someone familiar with the restaurant. The quality has declined

I went to Rakkii Ramen tonight with my wife and 2 daughters. My younger daughter ordered dumplings and Calamari. The dumplings came out pretty fast, only about 45 minutes after we ordered. The rest of our food came at the hour and 25-minute mark. We were going to leave at an hour and a half. There were 5 other groups that left at around 45 minutes when their food also hadn't arrived yet. The dumplings were reported to be hard (by my 7 year old). The Calamari didn't have any flavor and was very chewy, but the dipping sauce that came with it was good. My wife did like the Teriyaki and rice. I got the seafood Udon, which had 4 muscles and 4 shrimp. I am not sure how they have more than a 1 or 2 star rating.
