I had an amazing experience at Ralphs in Smithtown! Their spumoni is absolutely delicious—creamy, flavorful, and packed with that perfect mix of pistachio and chocolate. It’s hands-down the best I’ve ever had! What truly made this special was the owner/staffs incredible customer service. They went above and beyond to personally deliver my order to my home when I couldn’t make it to the store. Such a kind gesture. Highly recommend this gem for anyone craving authentic Italian...
This is my1st time visiting Ralph's Ices. The store was empty with the exception of the clerk. The clerk was patient with our lengthy selection process. There was so much to choose from. The portions were generous. The price was on the high end of moderate. The shared parking was tight with patrons of the other establishments.
Amazing experience, my kids love the ice/ice cream here. We would never consider going to any other location… John the owner and his wife are hospitable and family oriented, they treat there customers like family and there the best. 5stars all around
