Lovely to find a bagel place that has vegan cheese. People are super friendly and they go out of their way to walk you through the options. Fillings are fresh and the bagel comes with a great texture that is easy to digest. The shop is very well decorated and it’s so easy to see how beloved these folks are in the community! Definitely going back!

First time coming here and it might be my last.
My order was quite simple. Plain bagel, egg, and cheese. When my order came out it was a fried egg on a plain bagel. When I sent it back, what I received was a bagel with scrambled egg and no cheese.
I understand that mistakes happen but when it does it a second mistake shouldn't follow.

I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here since I was in middle school and now bring my toddlers with me to have a great experience as well! Seth and Freddy are like family at this point. They are one of the only bagel places to make me an egg sandwich with bacon to my liking… brittle but not burnt! I grew up in Smithtown and moved near Stony Brook Village. I still make an attempt to stop by here for a delicious egg sandwich or bagel any change that I am in the area! I will also note that they make great pancakes for the kids too! Highly recommend. Very personable, friendly, clean and delicious!

05/18/20 Ordered two bagels & egg sandwiches. Server was freindly but did not fulfill order accurately. Both bagels were not toasted as requested and the sandwiches were not hot when brought to us. Coffee was mediocre also. First and last time I will be there. It was a Sunday mornng and not crowded. We should have taken that as a warning sign. I do not recommend.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and when I got my order, there was a huge circle in the middle just gone. Thought I was getting my moneys worth here but clearly they decided to cut me short by putting a circle in the middle. Not sure who decided this would be a funny prank but I want at least 72 cents worth of store credit for this issue. Hopefully next time I come back this issue wont be present.
